Home Project FAQs

From small fixes to custom trim

We help with the home projects that need a practical plan and attention to detail. Here are answers about honey-do lists, repairs, installations and finish carpentry in Roswell and North Metro Atlanta.

What types of home projects does The Punchout Co handle?

We help with honey-do lists, odds and ends, home repairs, installations and custom trim. That can mean fixing a door that sticks, hanging shelves or updating a room with crown molding or wainscoting. Tell us what you want finished, and we can discuss the scope and whether your project is a good fit.

Can you help with a small job or a whole honey-do list?

Yes. Small jobs are part of what we do, and you can also send a list of several projects around the house. Include the repairs, installations and finishing details you want tackled. Seeing the full honey-do list helps us understand the work and put together an estimate for your project.

Do you install custom trim, crown molding and wainscoting?

Yes. Our finish carpentry work includes crown molding, baseboards, shoe molding, chair rail, wainscoting, box trim and mantel updates. Whether you want to add detail to one room or refresh existing trim, share the rooms involved and a few inspiration photos so we can discuss the look and scope.

Which areas do you serve for handyman and home project work?

We are based in Roswell and serve North Metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, East Cobb, Marietta, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Duluth. Include your project address when you request an estimate so we can confirm service availability for your location.

Can you repair drywall and fix doors that stick or do not close properly?

Yes. We handle drywall repairs and texture work, along with door alignment and hardware updates. If a door rubs, sticks or does not latch, describe what is happening and send photos of the door and surrounding area. For drywall, include photos showing both the damage and the wider wall.

What installation jobs can you help with around the house?

Our installation work includes shelves, mirrors, artwork, TVs and door hardware, along with faucet swaps, toilet flapper replacements and smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Tell us what you want installed or replaced, where it will go and whether you already have the item. Photos help us understand the setup.

Do you help homeowners and real estate agents with pre-listing punch lists?

Yes. We help with pre-listing punch lists, move-in projects and the repairs or finishing details that need attention before a home changes hands. Share your list and any target dates when requesting an estimate. We offer agent-friendly scheduling and invoices, and can discuss which items fit our services.

Do you take on outdoor repairs and odds and ends?

Yes. Exterior projects can include caulking, minor fence or gate repairs, mailbox work, thresholds and door sweeps. Send a description and photos of what needs attention so we can discuss the condition and scope. For outdoor work beyond these examples, tell us what you have in mind and we can confirm fit.

How much does a handyman or custom trim project cost?

Pricing depends on the work involved, the size of the project, the materials and the existing conditions. We offer free estimates. Send your project details, location and photos so we can understand the scope. For custom trim, include the rooms and style you are considering; for a honey-do list, include each item.

Can I text photos of my project before requesting an estimate?

Yes. Text project photos to 404-333-8692 and include a brief description of what you want done. A close-up and a wider view are helpful for repairs and installations; inspiration photos are useful for custom trim. You can also describe your project through our online quote form.

Can you help with a larger project or something that is not listed?

Tell us about it. Our work ranges from everyday home repairs to installations and custom trim, so your project may involve more than a quick fix. Share the result you want, the areas involved and photos. We can review the scope and confirm whether the work is a good fit for The Punchout Co.

What should I include when I request a project estimate?

Include your name, project address, a description of the work and any timing you have in mind. For multiple jobs, send the full list. Mention any items or materials you already have, and text photos when helpful. Request a project estimate online so we can review your project and discuss the next steps.
